E.J. Narcise
E. J. Narcise brings a wealth of experience to Team Services after working in a variety of sports business capacities around the country. He provides expertise in stadium and arena naming rights, corporate sponsorships, executive seating plans, and strategic stadium development. He has consulted with the nation’s top Athletic Director’s throughout the country on the ever growing challenge of maximizing revenue opportunities within the collegiate landscape.
As co-founder and partner of Team Services, Narcise’s primary responsibilities include managing the company’s strategic relationship with the National Football League, and with our client partners Dairy Management Incorporated (DMI), University of Colorado Athletics, and spearheading all new business opportunities. E.J. recently led a successful naming rights sales campaign in arguably the most challenging economic environment of all time, when the KFC YUM! Center partnership was announced in May of 2010. The KFC Yum! Center is the largest naming rights partnership ever for a facility located off-campus, where the NCAA team (Louisville Cardinals) is the lead tenant.
In spearheading efforts to assist universities to creatively generate auxiliary revenues through business-to-business opportunities, corporate business alliances, and naming rights; he has completed what was then the largest naming rights partnership for a collegiate property by uniting Comcast with the University of Maryland. Current and former collegiate consulting clients include the Georgetown University, the University of Oklahoma, the University of Connecticut, the University of Missouri, the University of New Hampshire, the University of Michigan, and the University of Miami (FL) among others.
Narcise has also served as Vice President with Integrated Sports International (ISI) and Clear Channel Entertainment’s (CCE) Team, League and Venue Services Division. Prior to joining ISI, Narcise served as Vice President of Marketing for the NFL’s Washington Redskins and Jack Kent Cooke, Inc. He was charged with developing the Redskins’ strategic marketing sales plan, suite and club seat sales, and stadium partnerships for what is now FedEx Field.
Narcise served as the executive vice president of business operations for the Grey Cup Champion Baltimore Stallions of the Canadian Football League before joining the Redskins. Narcise first got started in the team sports business as a minor league general manager for the Chicago Cubs AA affiliate in Pittsfield, MA. He continued in baseball for a three-year stint as director of operations for the Cleveland Indians.
Narcise is a former General Electric executive and a graduate of Missouri Valley College.
