E.J. Narcise, Principal

E.J. Narcise brings a wealth of experience to Team Services after working in a variety of sports business capacities. He provides expertise in stadium and arena naming rights sales, and the development and execution of multi-channel integrated global sales, marketing and service strategies.

As co-founder and principal of Team Services, Narcise’s primary responsibilities include managing all new business ventures and the company’s strategic relationship with the National Football League and its 32 Member Clubs on behalf of our clients.

Throughout his career, Narcise has consulted with top Athletic Director’s throughout the country on the ever changing challenges of the fluid collegiate landscape; from Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) strategies, to maximizing revenue opportunities with media rights holders, corporate partners and municipalities. Leading a successful naming rights sales campaign in arguably the most challenging economic climate, Narcise secured a landmark agreement with KFC Yum! on behalf of the University of Louisville and its downtown arena. Narcise also completed what was then the largest naming rights partnership for a collegiate property by uniting Comcast with the University of Maryland. Narcise also drove the successful naming rights efforts on behalf of the Baltimore Ravens (M&T Bank), Washington Commanders (FedEx), The Houston Texans (NRG), and the Detroit Lions (Ford), as well as Towson University and UMBC. In addition he has provided strategic consulting services to Georgetown University, the University of Oklahoma, the University of Connecticut, the University of Missouri, the University of New Hampshire, the University of Michigan, and the University of Miami (FL) among others.

Prior to Team Services, Narcise held senior positions with Integrated Sports International, Clear Channel Entertainment, the Chicago Cubs, Cleveland Indians and the Washington Redskins/Jack Kent Cooke, Inc. Narcise is a graduate of Missouri Valley College and a member of the school’s Athletic Hall of Fame.
